Refund policy

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about purchasing a product. Cancelling your order once a product has started being created will result in a 50% refund on any money paid. This is due to time already being put into creating the product or design, as these are custom products and can't be resold. If you cancel your order and the product has already been created there will be no refund provided. Refunds will be processed via the method that payment was made.

Any changes to a design after it has been approved will result in an extra $50 design charge.
